Terms of Service

Last updated: August 20, 2026

Welcome to FullStackDost.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FullStackDost website, applications, features, tools, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

The Platform is an edutainment service intended to help people create, learn from, discover, and share educational tutorials and other learning content for free.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. About FullStackDost

FullStackDost provides an online platform where users may create, publish, discover, and interact with educational and entertainment-oriented content, including tutorials, articles, videos, images, code, examples, comments, and other materials (“Content”).

Unless expressly stated otherwise, access to the core Platform is provided free of charge.

We may introduce optional paid features, products, subscriptions, services, or other offerings in the future. Any paid offering may be subject to additional terms presented to you at the time of purchase.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

If you are under the age required to independently agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction, you may use the Platform only with the involvement, supervision, and appropriate consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

If we learn that an account has been created or personal information has been provided in circumstances where applicable law requires parental or guardian consent, we may take appropriate steps, including restricting or terminating the account.

The Platform is not specifically intended to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

3. Your Account

Some features may require you to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and reasonably current information.
  • Keep your account credentials confidential.
  • Use your own account and not impersonate another person.
  • Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • Take responsibility for activity conducted through your account, subject to applicable law.
  • Not sell, transfer, rent, or otherwise provide your account to another person without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to users, the Platform, or third parties.

4. Educational Content and Platform Purpose

FullStackDost is an educational and edutainment platform.

Content published on the Platform may be created by FullStackDost, independent contributors, users, or third parties.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Content published by users represents the views, experiences, opinions, and knowledge of the respective contributor and does not necessarily represent the views of FullStackDost.

Educational Content may contain mistakes, outdated information, incomplete explanations, opinions, or examples that are unsuitable for a particular situation.

You are responsible for independently evaluating information before relying on it.

5. User-Generated Content

The Platform may allow you to create and publish Content, including tutorials, articles, comments, code, images, videos, audio, links, questions, answers, and other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights you own in your User Content.

By submitting or publishing User Content on the Platform, you grant FullStackDost a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, perform, distribute, communicate, modify for technical purposes, promote, and otherwise use your User Content as reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate and provide the Platform.
  • Display your Content to other users.
  • Store and reproduce your Content.
  • Format or adapt Content for different devices and formats.
  • Improve and promote the Platform.
  • Create previews, thumbnails, excerpts, or other representations of your Content.
  • Maintain backups and security systems.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

This license continues for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and, where appropriate, for a limited period after you remove Content from the Platform to allow for backups, caching, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and security.

You can continue to use your User Content elsewhere, subject to any third-party rights or licenses applicable to that Content.

We do not acquire ownership of your User Content merely because you publish it on FullStackDost.

6. Your Responsibility for User Content

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit or publish.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own the Content or have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents necessary to publish it.
  • Your Content does not knowingly violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.
  • Your Content complies with applicable laws.
  • You have obtained appropriate permission to use photographs, recordings, personal information, trademarks, copyrighted materials, or other third-party materials where required.
  • Your Content does not contain malicious software or intentionally harmful code.
  • Your Content is not submitted for the purpose of misleading, defrauding, harassing, or harming others.

You should not upload confidential information, passwords, private credentials, financial information, or other sensitive information belonging to yourself or someone else.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The Platform, excluding User Content and third-party materials, is owned by or licensed to FullStackDost and may include software, design, branding, logos, graphics, interfaces, text, databases, functionality, and other intellectual property (“Platform Materials”).

Subject to these Terms, FullStackDost grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended educational and personal purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce substantial portions of the Platform Materials without permission.
  • Sell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit Platform Materials without authorization.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by applicable law.
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
  • Scrape or systematically collect Platform data without authorization.
  • Use automated systems to access the Platform in a manner that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
  • Create a competing service using substantial portions of our Platform Materials without permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of FullStackDost’s intellectual property to you.

8. Copyright Complaints and Takedown Requests

We respect intellectual property rights.

If you believe Content available on the Platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a complaint containing sufficient information for us to investigate the claim.

Where applicable, we may remove or restrict access to allegedly infringing Content, contact the relevant user, request additional information, or take other appropriate action.

Repeated or serious infringement may result in suspension or termination of an account.

False, fraudulent, or abusive copyright complaints may result in appropriate action.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Break the law or facilitate unlawful activity.
  • Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse another person.
  • Impersonate another person or organization.
  • Publish knowingly false information intended to cause harm.
  • Upload malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data.
  • Circumvent security, access controls, rate limits, or technical restrictions.
  • Spam users or distribute unsolicited promotional material.
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect personal information without authorization.
  • Publish another person’s private or confidential information without appropriate authorization.
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, privacy rights, or other rights.
  • Promote scams, fraud, phishing, or deceptive schemes.
  • Manipulate engagement metrics through fake accounts, bots, or other deceptive methods.
  • Upload content designed primarily to distribute malware or facilitate cyber abuse.
  • Use the Platform to facilitate violence or serious harm.
  • Upload sexually explicit or exploitative content, particularly involving minors.
  • Upload content that is unlawful or prohibited under applicable law.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Platform.

We may take action against Content or accounts that violate these requirements.

10. Educational Code and Technical Content

Because FullStackDost may contain programming tutorials, commands, scripts, configurations, cybersecurity education, and other technical material, you understand that examples may have real-world consequences.

You are responsible for testing code and commands in an appropriate environment before using them in production systems.

You must not use Content from the Platform to gain unauthorized access to systems, compromise accounts, steal data, deploy malware, or otherwise engage in unlawful activity.

Educational or security-related Content does not constitute authorization to access a system that you do not own or have permission to test.

11. AI-Generated or AI-Assisted Content

The Platform may permit users to create Content using artificial intelligence or other automated tools.

If you use AI to create or substantially assist with Content, you remain responsible for the Content you publish.

You should review AI-generated material for accuracy, originality, safety, copyright concerns, privacy issues, and compliance with applicable laws before publishing it.

You must not use AI tools to generate Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Where we require disclosure of AI-generated or substantially AI-assisted Content, you agree to provide that disclosure accurately.

FullStackDost may introduce additional rules concerning AI-generated Content as the Platform evolves.

12. Content Moderation

To maintain a safe and useful educational community, we may review, moderate, restrict, label, remove, or disable access to Content or accounts when we reasonably believe that:

  • Content violates these Terms.
  • Content violates applicable law.
  • Content infringes third-party rights.
  • Content presents a security or safety risk.
  • Content is spam or abusive.
  • An account is being used fraudulently.
  • Action is required to protect users, the Platform, or third parties.
  • We receive a valid legal request or notice.

We may use automated systems, human review, user reports, or a combination of these methods for moderation.

We do not guarantee that all prohibited Content will be detected or removed.

13. Reporting Content

If you believe Content violates these Terms, applicable law, or another person’s rights, you may report it through the reporting or contact mechanism provided by the Platform.

Reports should contain enough information for us to understand the issue and investigate it.

Submitting a report does not guarantee that Content will be removed.

We may take whatever action we consider appropriate based on the circumstances and applicable law.

14. Third-Party Content and Links

The Platform may contain links, integrations, advertisements, embedded content, or other materials provided by third parties.

We do not necessarily endorse or control third-party websites, products, services, or Content.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

You access third-party services at your own risk.

15. Free Access

FullStackDost is intended to make educational tutorial creation and access available for free.

However, we do not guarantee that every feature will always remain free.

We may introduce optional paid features, subscriptions, sponsorships, advertising, donations, premium services, or other business models in the future.

Any paid service will be subject to the terms and pricing presented at the time of purchase.

16. Advertising and Sponsorships

We may display advertisements or sponsored content on the Platform.

Where required by applicable law, we may identify sponsored or promotional content appropriately.

We are not responsible for the products, services, claims, or practices of third-party advertisers.

17. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.

18. Platform Availability

We aim to keep FullStackDost available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance.
  • Updates.
  • Security incidents.
  • Technical failures.
  • Network problems.
  • Third-party service outages.
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, subject to applicable law.

19. No Guarantee of Educational Outcomes

FullStackDost provides educational and entertainment resources, not guaranteed results.

We do not guarantee that using the Platform will result in:

  • Employment.
  • Academic success.
  • Professional certification.
  • Increased income.
  • Business success.
  • Technical proficiency.
  • Any particular educational outcome.

Your results depend on many factors outside our control.

20. Professional Advice Disclaimer

Unless expressly identified as professional advice from a qualified professional, Content on FullStackDost is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

Content relating to areas such as medicine, law, finance, investment, cybersecurity, engineering, or other regulated or specialized fields should not be treated as a substitute for professional advice.

You should consult a suitably qualified professional when making decisions that require professional expertise.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Platform will always be available.
  • The Platform will be free from errors or interruptions.
  • Content will always be accurate, complete, current, or reliable.
  • Content will meet your particular requirements.
  • The Platform will be free from harmful components.
  • User Content will remain available indefinitely.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer protection right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FullStackDost and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

This may include loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FullStackDost and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your User Content.
  • Your violation of another person’s rights.
  • Your unlawful use of the Platform.
  • Your misuse of the Platform or its services.

This obligation does not apply to the extent that the claim results from our own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot legally be shifted to you.

24. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe that you:

  • Violated these Terms.
  • Violated applicable law.
  • Abused the Platform or other users.
  • Created a security or legal risk.
  • Engaged in fraud or deceptive conduct.
  • Repeatedly infringed intellectual property rights.

Where reasonably appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to remedy a violation before taking action.

In serious cases involving security, fraud, unlawful activity, or significant harm, action may be taken immediately.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should continue—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and applicable legal provisions—will survive.

25. Deletion of Your Content

You may be able to remove User Content through features provided by the Platform.

Removing Content does not necessarily mean that every copy disappears immediately. Copies may remain temporarily in backups, caches, search indexes, logs, or systems maintained for security, legal, or operational purposes.

Content may also remain available if another user has independently copied, quoted, archived, or redistributed it.

26. Changes to the Platform

We may add, remove, modify, or update features of the Platform from time to time.

We may also introduce new rules or policies for specific features.

If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we may provide notice where required by applicable law.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the beginning of the Terms.

Where legally required, we may provide additional notice of material changes.

Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

28. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

Nothing in this section is intended to deprive consumers of mandatory rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

29. Dispute Resolution

We encourage users to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve complaints or disputes informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and dispute-resolution mechanisms applicable under Indian law.

Where applicable to FullStackDost, we will maintain grievance and complaint-handling mechanisms required by applicable law.

30. Grievances and Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding Content, an account, privacy, copyright, abuse, or another Platform issue, please contact us using the contact or grievance mechanism made available on the Platform.

Where applicable law requires a designated grievance officer, contact information and applicable procedures will be published on the Platform.

We may request additional information to verify and investigate a complaint.

31. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

32. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.

33. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features or services, constitute the agreement between you and FullStackDost regarding your use of the Platform.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and specific feature terms, the specific terms will apply to the extent of that conflict.
